Cancellation Policy

At OHMYDOCTOR, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible healthcare services. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following default policies: 1. Appointment Booking & Cancellations Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or customer service team. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If cancellations occur within 24 hours, a cancellation fee equivalent to the consultation fee will be charged. No-show: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in a full charge for the consultation. 2. Consultation Time & Charges Standard Consultation: Each consultation is provided for the specified duration (e.g., 15 minutes for basic consultations, 30 minutes for complex consultations). If additional time is needed, it will incur extra charges. Extra Minutes: Additional time will be charged at £6 per minute. 3. Payment Policy Payment: Payment must be made at the time of booking or before the consultation. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available on our platform. Refunds: Refunds are available only in cases of overcharge or if the appointment is canceled by OHMYDOCTOR. No refunds will be given for missed appointments. 4. Confidentiality & Data Protection Confidentiality: All patient information shared during consultations will be kept confidential and secure in line with our data protection policies. Data Usage: Your personal and health data will only be used to provide medical care unless required by law or with your explicit consent. We ensure compliance with data protection regulations in processing and storing your data. 5. Referral & Prescriptions Referrals: Referral letters to specialists can be provided after a consultation, subject to medical review. Prescriptions: Private prescriptions are issued as needed during consultations. Additional charges may apply for prescriptions and medications. 6. Limitation of Liability While OHMYDOCTOR strives to provide high-quality care, we are not liable for any issues arising from the use of our services, such as misdiagnosis or incorrect treatment, unless caused by gross negligence or error.
