Service Description

Come visit us at AAGarden for a cozy, one-on-one chat. Our offline sessions provide a private, safe, and welcoming environment where you can share your feelings, talk about life, or simply enjoy a friendly conversation with a volunteer. Key Details: • One-on-one chat in person with a trained volunteer • Duration: Approximately 20–30 minutes • Location: AAGarden Greenwich community space • Focus: Emotional support, friendly listening, and companionship • Availability: Slots for the next week are released every Sunday at 10:00 AM • Booking: Select your preferred slot after your referral is approved Whether you want to talk about daily ups and downs, emotions, or just share a story, our volunteers are here to listen and support you in a friendly, safe way. - Knock Knock is not a medical or psychological service. It is a volunteer-led chat space offering emotional support through one-on-one conversations. If you need urgent help, please contact Samaritans at 116 123 or call 999 in an emergency.

Cancellation Policy

1.Who Can Book Knock Knock sessions are open to anyone in the community who has completed the self-referral form and been approved by our team. 2.One-on-One Sessions Online sessions: approximately 20–30 minutes. Offline sessions: approximately 60 minutes at AAGarden community space. Each session is one volunteer for one participant. 3.Slot Availability Slots for the next week are released every Sunday at 10:00 AM. Participants can book available slots only after their referral has been approved. 4.How to Book Complete the self-referral form online. Wait for approval notification via email. Once approved, log in to the Member Page to select your preferred slot. Booking is confirmed once you click “Book this slot”. 5.Changing or Cancelling a Booking Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel a session. Inform your volunteer via email or message if you cannot attend. Participants who miss two sessions without notice will not be able to book future sessions. 6.Participation Guidelines Sessions are friendly, supportive one-on-one conversations, not medical or psychological advice. You can share your thoughts or feelings, but there is no obligation to talk about anything you’re not comfortable with. 7.Safety Note Knock Knock is not a medical or psychological service.
