Cancellation Policy

At OHMYDOCTOR, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality, and accessible healthcare. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following: 1. Appointments & Cancellations All appointments must be booked in advance via our platform or customer service team. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or failure to attend will result in the full consultation fee being charged. 2. Consultation Time & Fees Consultations are provided for the allocated time (e.g. 15 or 30 minutes). Additional time may be charged at £6 per minute. 3. Payments & Refunds Payment must be made at the time of booking or prior to consultation. Refunds are only issued in cases of overpayment or if the appointment is cancelled by OHMYDOCTOR. 4. Confidentiality & Data Protection We handle all patient information in accordance with UK data protection regulations. Your data will only be used for clinical care unless required by law or with your consent. 5. Referrals, Prescriptions & Medical Documents Referrals, prescriptions, and medical letters may be issued following a consultation where clinically appropriate. These services are charged separately and are not included in the consultation fee. *Booking a GP consultation does not guarantee that any prescription, referral, or medical certificate will be issued. All documentation is based on clinical assessment and will contain factual medical information only. We are unable to determine eligibility for third-party decisions (including university Extenuating Circumstances). Acceptance of any document is at the discretion of the requesting organisation. 6. Clinical Responsibility All clinical decisions are made based on the information provided during consultation and professional judgement. Patients are responsible for providing accurate information and for following medical advice. 7.
